How to subscribe to Steampunk Era notifications?

You must have a Steampunk Era account to subscribe to our regular news.

If you already have one, here’s how to ensure you receive all our news by email or SMS :

1. Log in to “My Account” and select “Contact Preferences”.
2. Check the options that interest you and click the “Confirm Preferences” button.

If you change your mind, simply uncheck the options you no longer wish to see and click the “Confirm Preferences” button again. Alternatively, click the “Unsubscribe” button that appears in one of our marketing emails.

Please note that once unsubscribed, it may take up to 7 days before the changes take effect.

Using the Steampunk Era app? You can subscribe to push notifications on your device. Here’s how :

1. Go to “My Account” and select “Notifications”.
2. Click the button to enable the notifications you wish to receive on your device. If it’s toggled to the right, notifications are enabled !

Why am I not receiving Steampunk Era news?

If you subscribed to our news in the “Contact Preferences” tab in my account and you are not receiving emails from us, here’s what you can do :

1. Check your spam folder.
   Your email software may consider our emails as spam. To prevent this, please add Steampunk Era@fashion.Steampunk Era.com to your address book.

2. Check that your notifications are enabled.
   If you shop on the app, be sure to check if you accepted to receive push notifications from us.

3. Do you have multiple email addresses?
   Make sure you are subscribed with the email address you check regularly.
