Delivery options 

We work with a wide network of carriers and offer many delivery options to ensure our customers receive their orders at the right time! 
Continue reading to learn more about the delivery services we offer for United Kingdom: 

Standard delivery

• Cost: 4.49 € (free for orders of 45 € and over!)
• Delivery time: 4 business days (Monday to Saturday, public holidays excluded)
• Please note: orders to Corsica may take up to 7 business days to be delivered. 

Express delivery

• Cost: 14.50 €  (free for orders of 70 € and over!)
• Delivery times: 2 business days
• Make sure to place your order before 3 p.m. If the order is placed after 3 p.m., you will have to wait an additional business day.* 
• Express delivery is not available for the following postcodes: 00-01, 11, 20, 31, 34, 38-39, 63-66, 69, 71, 73-74, 96-99.

During peak periods, the time limit may be brought forward or this delivery method may not be available. In this case, please select Fastest delivery on the checkout page.

Standard delivery at Pickup Point

• Cost: 4.49 € (free for orders of 45 € and over!)
• Delivery time: within 4 business days, or within 7 business days at a pickup point in Corsica (postcodes 20,000-20,999), Tuesday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

You have 8 business days to collect your order from a Mondial Relay point. Otherwise, it will be automatically returned to us. Don’t forget to present a photo ID.

With Steampunk Era Premier subscription, you enjoy free express delivery* for 15 € year-round with a minimum purchase of 20 € (after discount). You also enjoy standard delivery* free on all your orders with no minimum purchase. 

Track my order 

All packages shipped to United Kingdom benefit from tracking. We will send you an email with a link containing tracking information once your package leaves our warehouse. You can also track your orders by logging into “My Account” and checking your recent orders. 

If tracking shows no change or is blank, please wait until the estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered. Sometimes tracking information is not updated in a timely manner.

If you have placed multiple orders a few days apart that are eligible for free delivery and are being shipped to the same delivery address, your orders may have been combined into a single package. You will know if they have been combined if the tracking information for each order placed is identical.

For your information, if your order status displays as “Ordered“, this means we are currently preparing your order before sending it. During peak periods, this status may display longer than usual. However, rest assured, this should not affect the estimated delivery date.* 

What happens on delivery day? 

Check the tracking of your order to know exactly when you will be delivered. You will receive all the latest information and any changes by email. If you provide a correct mobile number on your Steampunk Era account, our carrier will also send you delivery notifications via SMS. 

Someone must be present at the time of delivery of your package, as we may need your signature. If our carrier is unable to deliver your order, they will usually try several times or will leave a delivery notice confirming that they have left the package with a neighbor or in a safe place. If the package has not been delivered, the delivery notice will tell you how to pick up your package or schedule delivery again. 

Depending on the delivery method, there are additional options during delivery, including delivery to a neighbor, to a safe place, or collection at a specific location. These options differ depending on the carrier.  

By following the link in the delivery email sent by our carrier or the tracking link and the carrier’s website or app, you can view and agree to other available delivery options. 

For any order over 150 €, you will receive an SMS and an email containing a QR code or confidential code to give to the carrier at delivery. Without this code, you will not be able to receive your package. Make sure someone is at the delivery address to receive the package and communicate the code to the carrier on delivery day.

Things to know 

• For your security, we cannot change the address to which your order is shipped. Therefore, please verify the delivery address shown on the order confirmation page before placing your order. 
• Items sold by a Steampunk Era partner brand may be shipped separately. To learn more about deliveries of items sold by Steampunk Era partner brands, click here. 
• During peak periods, some delivery options may not be available.
